Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Coldfire CRM. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one. For any billing questions, contact us at billing@coldfire.io.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee a refund — all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request depending on the circumstances.
To request a refund, email billing@coldfire.io with your account email and a brief description of your reason. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to process. If a refund is issued, access to your account and the service will cease.
When Refunds May Be Denied
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of:
- Fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior
- Violation of our Terms of Service
Technical Issues
If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from using the service as described, please contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund and we will review it in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made, and your access remains active until the period ends.
Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation. You may reactivate your account during this window. After 60 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us at billing@coldfire.io before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under applicable consumer protection rules.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where local law grants you additional or stronger rights, those always apply.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will notify existing customers of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
